I fell in love with the banjo when my dad took our family to a bluegrass festival when I was twelve years old.  It changed the course of my life.  Mom and Dad are both from eastern Kentucky, music runs deep in their blood.  I've got it on both sides.  I'm so thankful to all of the family and friends that have taught me so much over the years and I am very thankful to be able to play music for friends for a living.  I've learned that old cliche is so true, "do what you love and you will never work a day in your life".  Come out and share my joy and love for music when you can, and thank you for checking out my site!
